On guard!

There’s a set procedure that a police officer is supposed to follow when apprehending a suspect. But following all of that “procedure” is a helluva lot of work. Plus, it doesn’t account for the fact that sometimes you just really want to punch someone!

In this situation, I’m not sure what this cop was *supposed* to do, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t this:
